Tukwila Municipal Code,Title 3, establishes Admissions (3.20), Gambling (3.08), and Commercial Parking taxes (3.48) for the City.
Following are individual tax return forms for Admissions, Gambling, and Commercial parking taxes. The forms are being provided in Microsoft WORD format and can be:
- Completed Online
- Printed
- Signed
- Mailed to the Finance Department, 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA 98188, with the appropriate payment
The forms can also be printed and completed by hand. PLEASE NOTE: Forms are not accepted over the internet, or by email or fax. If you have problems with the online documents, please contact the Finance Department at 206 433-1835 and a form can be sent to you.

- Due and payable in quarterly installments and remittance shall accompany each return. Payments are due on the last day of the month following the quarterly period in which the taxes accrued. Penalties apply for late payments.
