These decisions include subdivision of land; shoreline development; major land altering (over 500 cubic yards;) variances from standards; conditional uses; design review of new construction and major remodels; unclassified uses; Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Code amendments.
This area of our website is intended to inform citizens, who live beyond the immediate radius of a project site, of the potential development. Our Legal/ Public Notices section lists Notices of Application as they occur and provides a timeline for submitting comments. The Notice of Applications Map displays where the City has issued a Notice of Application and the following specifics:
